Pretty confusing.
Does this mean patients should not ADT before or during radiation therapy?

It seems to go against the concept that ADT weakens the cells so radiation has a better chance.

It's fairly heavy going but there are a few bits that can be understood. It does seem to suggest that starting hormone therapy
after
radiation -- rather than before -- might have some advantages, but that doesn't seem to be what they propose. Instead, they are interested in adding a PARP inhibitor to the ADT to offset the hormones' tendency to facilitate DNA repair in prostate tumors.

Not at all. It just means that PARP inhibitors may make neoadjuvant ADT before RT even more effective. It's just a hypothesis for some future clinical trials.
