Cleveland Clinic may use either fiducials or transperineal ultrasound for intrafraction motion management during SBRT depending on patient assessment. The latter sounds as if it would be much more convenient for out-of-town patients, ie. saves at least one round trip to the facility as setup can be done during simulation. Does anyone have SBRT treatment experience with the Elekta Clarity transperineal ultrasound? Thanks
