Thoughts on advantages/disadvantages of intermittent ADT?

Please comment if you have considered intermittent
ADT therapy. Either decision would be helpful. Side effects of Lupron are wearing thin after 12 months. 12 months left. Hot flashes, nausea day after modest drinking, no sex, fatigue, foggy thinking. Flip side is 0.0 PSA. Any thoughts out there? Thanks
