Good morning Gents,
Since my diagnosis I've been on a mission to do everything within my power to keep cancer from returning or developing elsewhere in my body. After making some lifestyle changes, I've lost 45lbs due to adopting a plant based diet and exercising more frequently. Both my blood pressure and cholesterol levels have decreased to within the ideal range as well.
This past Thursday I went to my first 3 month post-op appointment. Even though the waiting game leading up to this appointment has been a deeply emotional rollercoaster, it was a huge sigh of relief to hear my URO say that my PSA results came back undetectable at <0.014. A feeling of overwhelming happiness came over me to hear my PSA is headed in the right direction. God willing this trend continues for many years to come and never rises again. Now the waiting game resets...until the next 3mo follow up.
