1st PSA reading since starting AS program = 2.08

Started following a vegetarian diet since June. Starting to wonder what was going on with my PSA results in 2016? One thing on my mind to ask my Uro is when PSA goes up and down, what counts as the base for purposes of determining doubling time.

But I think most doctors now agree that PSADT isn't very useful in AS. It can raise a red flag if there is a clear long-term pattern of consistent increase. But it isn't useful in cases like yours.
