Welcome to HW.
First PSA is not a test for cancer. Second, you're far to young to have PC. You'd be a very rare case indeed. Age is a big factor in PC. It rarely shows in younger men.
Your PSA is behaving more like prostatitis. prostatitis is hard to treat and sometimes hard to diagnose. It can cause rapid spikes in PSA followed by drops. PC is a slow steady climb with no drops. Your PSA is acting like prostatitis.
Other things that will rise PSA include: sex (short term rise, days), bike riding, heavy lifting, BPH (enlarged prostate), bad day at the lab, and very last cancer.
Gay, straight, in-between, don't matter, it's a prostate.
You've not nothing but a wacky PSA reading to figure out. prostatitis is the first thing to investigate.
