Hi, my partner had first biopsy, 10 needles etc several months ago and naturally there was blood in the semen (more than they tell you there will be) which cleared up within a month.
Because results were inconclusive he was called back for a second biopsy done under general anaesthetic (UK). This showed his PC to be benign.
Things were clearing as with first biopsy but then semen became deeply discoloured and bloody again. He is showing no signs of infection.
Any ideas why it returned to being bloody and looking like it was just after biopsy when it had almost cleared? I say just give it time, but obviously it's a worry for him. Would it help to have no sex? Does this speed recovery? Just want him happy and healthy.
