after 4.5 years and combined treatments of (casadex, Lupron, protons, and Photons) my psa has now doubled in 6 months from .624 to 1.294. My urologist has recommended going to an Intermittant Lupron? But he is not a radiation guy? I've got calls into MDA and Loma Linda, but no response yet? Lupron has been a nightmare to me driving down my white cell count to 2.2. so I ain't anxious. but buying time is the name of the game on this earth. I have no symptoms yet. no bleeding, bone pain, excess bathroom trips.
anybody gone down this trip? advise?

thanks sailor. I have seen that number, 2+ndir. also considerations are waiting too long and ending up with too many bad guys to fight. and too early may lead to a shorter time to Lupron failure. It's a delicate balance.
and cryo is a rather brutal approach if it is still contained.
