Great article - what’s more important if you had to choose - diet or exercise. I would choose exercise given the option as I can eat what I would like to and burn it off. But , I guess that’s not the way it works.
That is exactly how it works. Our digestive system is designed to extract just the bodys needs of nutrients in the food we eat but the body always extracts ALL (100%) of the ENERGY there is in the food and stores it in our fat cells. You need to exercise to get rid of that fat!
