Pants and underwear off. Surgical gown on. Three tats, but none were red butterflies as I had requested. Rings watch etc were well out of the radiation zone so no problem as Incrossed my arms over my chest. Had the mold and they got me situated properly. Then it was just hold my breath for 15 minutes!!!! Not really. Very easy like nothing was really happening.

I held on the to rubber ring for the first 3 treatments, and they also offered me a warmed blanket. But today I skipped both of those. You can tell that the receptionist is figuring I know the routine by now, so I got sent in pretty fast.

The machine is pretty massive, like a medical version of a milling machine. Sometimes it whines while it's rotating, which I figure is the radiation machinery, whatever that is.

A couple times I ran into some of the same guys and so we chat a bit while waiting.

The other thing I think is funny is that there is a fake sky on the ceiling, at least at my place. It's a backlit picture of sky, clouds, and tree branches. Clearly fake, but it is nicer than looking at a plain old ceiling.

You can make faces at yourself in the mirror-like surface of the imaging arm as it passes over your head. Such fun!

I do that now.

I had some thoughts today that maybe I’m making a mistKE Witing for 1 more PSA. But thinking it thru, it’s only a month. Thinking maybe doing the Firmagon to0, on the logic of throw everything at it, shock and awe. But not sure about that yet. 🤔
