Does Free PSA rise with age?

I understand that Total PSA rises with age (in general). But I'm having trouble finding anything in the literature that says that Free PSA (as an absolute value in ng/mL) also rises?

Any insight?

I'm trying to understand if my seemingly low Free PSA value is age-related or it's just part of the fact that I have crummy F/T %.

Get a PHI test instead.
