I would probably only tell you that if you had a set of demands for staying.

That's not so bad. If I say I will leave nobody would reply. Much worse, I would not mind.

unlikely that people would say that. More likely you'd get a chorus of, "Don't go!!!" That's what normally happens around here.

You're not a troll. All though sometimes I am irritated by your comments.

But being a mature adult, I find I can read it, decide I don't like it and then ignore it and move on to a normal healthy day.

I'm in the same boat, pure ignorance of the current crises. I do know that it was some sort of dust up involving a person I have a long history of major dust ups with. But I guess according to PDA's response to you, we will both have to remain in the dark.

In order to add a bit of levity to this otherwise dour subject (maybe doing so will help), that is, the subject of picking up and leaving the forum for good, below is a {hopefully} lighthearted take on this possibility, with an effort to discourage people so inclined from doing so.

Actually, I seem to remember posting this very video a while back, under similar circumstances, when an esteemed member of our forum community (not sure if it's the same one clocknut mentions) had announced his intention of flying the coop. (As I recall, he was gone for a while, but did come back).

Anyway, the sentiment in the video is relevant to the current situation.

Thanks for the comic relief, Mel. But, just to ease your mind, I want to assure you that if this is your last post on HW, I will forget you immediately and definitely will not miss you So, don't feel guilty about that.
