Interesting, it would be perfect for me (I think) , hormone sensitive that is, I just wish my Onco would push forward with it.
Every time I suggest something he finds some reason not to.

This isn't yet FDA approved, so your insurance might not cover it. Hopefully, the approval process won't take too long.

I would start pushing the MO and the insurance Company. Since they are already using the drug and reimbursing it this latest result should indicate FDA approval is not far off. Maybe your appeal to them can get results ahead of any FDA approval.

When I start ADT I think I would rather be taking Xtandi than Zytiga. My understanding is that there are no meal restrictions or prednisone requirements with Xtandi.

Mattamx, Yep no prednisone and no meal restrictions. However, Randy does report that if he takes his Xtandi/placebo before he eats, he feels sick.
