All,
First, thanks to those who replied to my last post regarding Lupron and side effects.
I begin the next steps of my PCa journey on Tuesday: First of 40 sessions of SRT in the AM, then meet with dietician, and then head to the local YMCA for my first session of the LIVESTRONG program. For those not familiar, the non-profit organization LIVESTRONG partners with the YMCA of the USA to promote the importance of physical activity after a cancer diagnosis. The three-month long program involves working with a trainer and others in the class twice per week to stay active. It is free of charge to participants, and their family members have full access to the YMCA during that time at no charge as well. I am truly looking forward to it.
I'm fortunate that the radiation facility (MD Anderson in NJ) is just two miles from my home, but I know it will be a marathon, nonetheless. Luckily, I have no SE yet from the Lupron, and I am hopeful that SRT goes smoothly as well.
As always, thanks for being so supportive (and the SRT / ADT thread on this site was very informative, and for that I am grateful). I'll continue to keep you all posted.
Paul
