PSA up a little again at 7 years post RP

I just got my latest 6-month PSA, and it rose from .07 to .11. The uro says he wants to to test again in July, and then meet with him. So probably headed for SRT, and I won't worry about
it until the next test.

yup, retest and decide. SRT isn't nice, but most tolerate it well. although it might not be a bad idea to consult with an RO before July.

Not sure why you'd wait six more months, unless your Uro thinks there's a chance this isn't a recurrence. Looks like you're firmly on a 12-month doubling time. I agree with Andrew, not a bad idea to talk with an RO at this point.
