Thanks for posting. Makes sense that there is some correlation, but not extraordinarily high correlation. Pearson’s correlation coefficient, r, of about
0.5 is pretty moderate strength. This is due to the different strains of PC...there’s the commonly occurring variants which is described by the correlation, and the different behavior of the rare variants which causes the correlation to be not so strong.
