Hi slapshot -
That PSA is probably 0.09?
And the testosterone looks like the nmol/L. Here in the US we commonly use ng/dL. Your 0.7 is about 20 ng/dL, a good response to ADT. Less than 50 is a common target, some prefer less than 10.
I don't understand your signature very well. It looks like you had a 13cc prostate? That's very small indeed. Surgery in 4/2013. And then this PSA history: PSA= 2.8 6/13, PSA=3.1 12/13, PSA=2.82 3/18, PSA=1.17 6/18, PSMA PET scan 8/18= 2 presacral LN+ , 3 weeks Casodex 9/18, 6 months Lupron 9/18, 6 weeks RT 11/18.
It looks like after surgery you had a PSA of 2.8 two months later, and 3.1 eight months later (if so, usually that would be considered a treatment failure with follow up radiation and ADT right then).
Then what, a five year break in measuring it, until 3/18, when it has another unusual trend? Finally salvage treatment only last fall.
I'm curious how that all transpired. It is an unusual history, to say the least. Unless I'm completely missing something.
