AUS AMS biking?

I'm coming back from 18mo of Lupron. Interest has definitely returned, but orgasm has not, nor has continence. I'm wondering about becoming more bionic, but I don't know if the pumps or other stuff would preclude riding a bike. Maybe there is a special seat?

my original AUS Dr. said it would not hurt anything but pressure on the cuff and/or pump will cause urine leakage. In my case the amount of leakage made riding impractical to do anything but put around close to my house.
AMS advises patients not to ride but if not for leakage. There are some good saddles with spit design.
