This hopefully the first of the diagnostic tools that has been needed to help define which PC's need to be treated, and which do not--for those who land in the 'intermediate risk' or even 'low risk' categories. And, I'll add my appreciation to those PC patients who came before and took the risks of what was then a new or different treatment--some of which were successful, and (especially) those that were not.
I always remind myself when I read something like this is that the most common answer in scientific research is actually, "YOU'RE WRONG". How many different materials did Edison try for his incandescent lamp before he found one that worked?
