3 years post cyberknife prostate psa went from .7 to 1.2 .

LDD, welcome to the forum.
I think it’s possible it could be a normal expected temporary bounce, typical after Radiation as primary treatment. I’m not sure if 3 years is too long avtime for that to be the case. But others with more experience with radiation as primary will soon chime in.

It would be helpful to others answering your question (and possible future questions) if you could create a signature in your profile that would appear at the bottom of your posts, that contains pertinent info, especially the 3 year history of PSA since your treatment?

Welcome to HW.

That sucks. Note that recurrence post RT is nadir + 2, so this could be a bounce and it might drop or it could mean you need more treatment. In general I'd suggest retesting and confirming the number.

I'd need more information to say anything else. What was your gleason, and PSA at treatment?

Hello, LDD and welcome. It's probably a bounce but it would help a lot if you would post your stats including things like, Gleason score, age, any palpable nodules, any MRI results and especially your post treatment PSA scores by date.
