Like many other things in our shiny new world of the future, YouTube has its place.
I use it to learn about
new things - like how to install a double split mini - split air conditioner. (I am 1/2 the way through doing that).
Also new (to me) artists like Jon Jomm's "Passion Flower"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ny7gnaq6znw and Kaki King's "Playing with pink noise"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7uqv_5rvtnc.
I didn't know much about
Pink Noise and its application to hollow body guitar music until I ran into those 2 artists. Now I am trying to convince my guitar to do some of that, despite I lack the mad skills of those 2
incredible young musicians.
As for exercise....the docs are still adamant that I continue my (insane) workout schedule and distance running, which they credit with my continued resistance to the PCa progression.
