Bad side effects from Xofigo (radium 223)

There doesnt seem to be a lot of info out there.My husband was dx with prostate cancer in 2016.started out with hormone therapy,zytiga with prednisone and then chemo.He was doing well but his psa climbed to 190 so his onco put him on the current wonder drug xofigo,wich is on shot ($ 38000)every months for six months.Right from the start he did not feel well,long story short they stopped treatment after 3 months because all his blood counts where low.He now has constant upset stomach and can`t eat much.Went to ER done boatload of tests plus cat scan,found nothing.We have tried syrups and pills,nothing works.In hindsight I wish I done more research because I can`t find anything positive on that stuff.Oh,I allmost forgot,his psa shot up to 1100 while on xofigo.Any advise greatly appreciated.
