While cvc wasn't asking about
a blood test that offers a certain diagnosis of prostate cancer, as has been noted, in instances of relatively higher PSA, a PHI will be more predictive, as will a 4Kscore. But, you usually start with a PSA score.

Only the pathology evaluation, after a biopsy or TURP, will confirm the presence of PCa. If the pathology is clear, that does not guarantee the absence of PCa.
