I know it's low-hanging fruit, but this is my playbook and I've decided to drill down. Really gonna go all in and unpack this because for me it's all hands on deck. I know the messaging is disruptive. But it is what it is. I always give 110% because that's just who I am. YMMV.
I've gotta admit, when I doubled down I threw up in my mouth a little! I got trolled and ghosted on Facebook... OMG! But that was back in the day.
Make no mistake, this is mission critical. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good. They told me to stay in my lane but I'm woke, this is dead center in my wheelhouse. I'm taking a deep dive and pushing the envelope.
I've got this.
Yeah, yeah, I know, it sounds like mansplaining, but when I pull the trigger it's really gonna move the needle! Here's a pro tip: if you're giving me pushback, it's a non-starter. Seriously? Quit being a Monday morning quarterback because I don't care about
the optics. Just up your bandwidth and incentivize yourselves.
At the end of the day we need to raise the bar and grow this thing. Don't chat me and don't try to claw it back, because you can't unring that bell. That's cancel culture, people, and if you're lost in the weeds just circle back. It's a tough ask but it's definitely getting some traction. Going forward, I'm tasking you with taking a high altitude view. Stop being a whine bomb and think outside the box.
Synergize.
Anyway I'll let you go now. But my door is
open.
Talk soon, kk?

I'm trying not to dog whistle because that usually leads to mission creep.

we need to leverage this into a massive redirect of our resources in order to effect the precise level of change to create an effective change curve for the good of all.

I don't know what to say, mattam.
But otherwise: It's a hot mess for sure. But honestly, this is the new normal. Get over it.

You do know that I created all youse guys...just to annoy me...or said another way...its like the forlorn and in love country singer who crooned out this lttle diity.., " if you don't leave me alone...I'm gonna find someone who will "
the above is at least original...arguably...yours is an amalgamation of yesterdays dead speak signifying sapped creativity from eloi's and morlocks... yours is fun tho, but the thought thinking skims and skips the lake of like,,,like chinese food eaten by Woody Allan...Umm...the data is boring...the grouping of such is clever and stands alone as the hi-lite of the piece...tho ...again...its entertainment value is limited to the thought thinking collage of dimensional rhyming posing as metaphoric double talk that routinely appears on social medusal curls and furls shedding skin and skimming coins that spin holograms of nougat flavored nuggets of "wisdom"...ingested by lactated vegans sucking eggs...really now...need I say more...regards...logo...PS Halbert's was perfection laced with probability...tho pre-ordained and happed ....based on his shared insight with the forum...may...I say may leave his carry out szechuan...less tasty than Woody's...just a a tiny nub rub on the head Halbert...

Why thank you logos. Mine was simply an amalgamation of many years of corporate-speak processed through numerous flavor of the day trainers who perpetually regurgitated the current wisdom. It's been a while, but I do see the reference to morlocks and eloi, thank you H.G Wells.

It was great, particularly when you added “synergize” on a line all by itself.
Then it was...literally....perfect

Wow the Dr.'s report was right the covid crisis is affecting us mentally!!!!! LOL!!! wELl for most of us here might be a little combination of drugs and radiation are contributing also! But I had to chuckle when remembering how I felt when I started online distance learning with my grandson in March. With the new ways of learning these days there were times when I wondered if I was on planet earth! 🤣😂😜 Larry

When push comes to shove I think you really hit the nail on the head with this thread. As I peel back the onion however I'd have to say that your post is par for the course given that you usually think outside the box.
I considered running this up the flagpole with the site administrator but realized that at the end of the day you were trying for a paradigm shift that takes things to the next level and I didn't want to throw you under the bus. You sure teed it up for the rest of us.
As we continue to break down the silos I hope we all appreciate that we can do more with less. We simply need to harvest the low hanging fruit and realize that we cannot boil the ocean. However if we circle back and bite the bullet I strongly believe we will be able to move the needle in the right direction.
Well at this point we probably should just take this offline and
open the kimono.

"Seize The Day" was my favorite from the business world. It would be the first and last slide.
At a company wide meeting after lots of new "initiatives" going south, our CEO said "you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince" as justification. The fellow next to me whispered "he is kissing the wrong end" which gave me quite a laugh.
Dilbert pretty much nailed this over the years.

One's own handy-dandy "corporate b.s. generator":
https://www.atrixnet.com/bs-generator.html
But the scary thing about
it is that the gobbledy-gook it generates sounds exactly like so many typical business reports!

Stephen, thanks.
All: your experience is valued by management. I do plan to strategize this at tomorrow's meeting, provided I don't have to run it by the Board or-
The Board! Those crybabies wouldn't know a good idea if it bit them in the nether parts. (Note to self: realize I should not have named the dogs "Board" and "The": now they're here, and they're hungry. Good thing third dog is "Archaeopteryx" because she's a drooler.) I tell you, I'm up to HERE with the Board! (See hand held up to face for "here": need manicure. When oh WHEN will this cursed quarantine end? And now the dogs are drooling.)
You want mission creep? The Chairman is the creep. The rest of them can barely fog up a mirror. All they do is mope about
Corporate Relief Assessment Parameters while they wet their beaks. I wring my hands when I'd really like to wring their pencil necks! But then they'd be like chickens with their heads cut off. Although the dogs would like that.
The $64,000 question? (rounded up to a million, especially for the Chairman) They're always talking about
boots on the ground when I know FOR A FACT that they all wear Hush Puppies. (Dogs.... shh... not talking about
you. And NO, we're not getting another puppy. Eat your cash cows and be quiet.)
I tried being a Monday morning quarterback but I got trapped in the pocket by a Red Dog. This is no insult to Board, The, or Archaeopteryx as they are mainly black and white or brown with white spots. They all scream for ice cream, smooth as glass, goes down eaaasy, the banana peel of success. Every time I get the urge to exercise I just lie down until it goes away. And the dogs join me. Lie down with dogs, get up with fleas. (Note to self: buy flea collars.)
We're in the middle of a perfect storm and they call ME crazy? Ha! I'm the only sane one here. But I'll get them.... oh yes... they'll rue the day they ever crossed ME. You have to get up preetttty earlae in the morning to do something with THIS drunken sailor. Speaking of drunks, have you seen the Chairman after a Saturday night bender? He couldn't find his head with both submandibular lymph nodes!
Get out of here with your logic! This is next gen. I'm going to tease out the red meat with my tuning fork because what doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Plus then I'll have a good story for my next N.A. meeting. Speaking of drugs, what color is your parachute? Mine is yellow with purple flowers but I'm currently using it as a tarp to block out the Chairman's bad juju.
Yeah, it doesn't get any better than this. Just ask the dogs. But my work is done here.
(See what I did there?)
