Some thoughts:
I gather from a previous post that without TRT your T will drop to about
50 and that you will feel pretty down. With ADT your T should drop to less than 20, but that may (!) not make you feel any worse.
However, I do think that just stopping TRT is worth exploring to see if your prostate will shrink to an acceptable size for EBRT. What size are your doctors looking for? In this context, I could not easily find the size of your prostate (attaching your medical history to your posts would really help!).
Finally, you should really talk to a rad oncologist who specializes in EBRT (IMRT and SBRT) since brachy is out for you.
I did not do an extensive literature search, but here is a link to a study that shows that SBRT can be used to attack cancer in large prostates.
