I just realized what the present election noise reminds me of ...the silent film,,,Lon Chaney Phantom who terrorized the "good citizens" of the Polis...and when they finally had him cornered back to the wall ...intent known,,,he makes one final swipe of his hands and stops them cold in their tracks with fear...then laughs with a maniacal heave as the dark wave of his cloak bids adieu and brings the curtain down with a silent and knowing klunk...

Here's a quote attributed to the Phantom, no sure if was Lon Chaney's movie or more recent one:

.....Wings...hey did't I just say da same ting...in one of my recent postings...umm..."dream...dream...a bunch of friends...dream it never ends" the little blonde imp Paul Wiliams's music from Phantom of the Paradise circa mid 70's... one of the most prophetic movies I've seen...with satiric musical renditions that run the gamut from early fifties to the era of Kiss" with a haunting introduction by Rod Searling...all original songs and music by Paul Williams...the music (I'll keep that spell mistake its apropos) also starred Paul Williams the opening song by the Juicy Fruits...about his cease tah and her need for one operation is classic Great movie great movie great music...umm...check em out...well enjoy the last and final scene of the present and last...yes last,,,gasp of fear from a yellowing bile soaked dinosaur...wait a minute ...wait a minute...is that a tiny and limp hand waving from the soil..." It was a dark and stormy night"
