Saw my oncologist right before Christmas.
He also has expertise in infectious disease.
I have been on ADT shots for 7 continuous years.
He stated that I may --- in time --- qualify for the vaccine in early 2021, as a teacher.
He stated that eventually, they will be able to offer the vaccine to me at the oncology clinic.
He recommended that I get the vaccine whenever I qualify ---- depending on which of those two "doors" opens to me first ---- as a teacher or as an oncology patient.
While discussing the corona vaccination --- there was no hesitation on his part, in regard to me being on ongoing ADT shots.
Just my personal story, after seeing my oncologist in recent days --- and drilling down into the topic of vaccination with him.
With posts, it's always valuable to hear from other voices, too -- so thought I would add what I learned from my oncologist.

Post script:
I should add that my oncologist received "Part I" of the two-dose vaccine a couple of days before my appointment.
I was thankful to hear that, as he takes care of many patients.
I have 3 close friends who have received the first dose of the two-dose vaccine --- all of them frontline healthcare workers. They have been working extra shifts and weekends, too --- so I was thankful to hear they received the vaccine.
