This may or may not happen, but the possibility is exciting.

I can envision a future where a man is diagnosed and selects a treatment (or AS) based on this test to determine diagnosis and risk, and PSMA imaging to determine if local or remote.
No more PSA blood draws, DRE's, MRI's, or biopsies.
Wow! that would revolutionary. Expect resistance from the vested interests in diagnostics.

I saw that article. Not holding my breath, but hoping. Be great not to have any more biopsies, though I have no doubt that a few at a minimum are in my future.

But suspicious of the 100% accuracy. Get suspicious when i hear claims like that
In any case if they can develope a noninvasive test to measure biomarkers that correllate to cancer. Great even if the accuracy is only 75% cause it another tool that can be used. To sreen out those who dont need biopsy. We are a long way from not needing biopsy which this seems to imply. Even if claims are reasonably based needs real world eval
