I think that Terry nails what's going on. Your PSA was 5.9 before treatment and when you had your brachy, you were given a Lupron shot that decreased your testosterone to near zero. Keep in mind that also reduces your PSA--pretty much everyone that starts Lupron has a PSA close to zero.

So I agree that it's too soon to really have a PSA trend yet since there's likely some noise in the readings from your ADT. Was your Lupron shot a six-month shot, or was it of a shorter duration?
