A number of people here see Dr Kwon and I noticed that he spent 3+ hours giving a presentation and answering questions at the annual PCRI online conference. Its not often you get to hear from a world class medical oncologist for 3 + hours. It was terrific.

I have been watching different parts. An excellent program. Everyone talks about Dr Epstein but it was great to actually hear from him. I predict we will stop talking about Gleason scores and instead will be talking about Epstein grade groups.

The Epstein Grade Groups were adopted by the World Health Organization about 2014. So, they are well known.

Unfortunately, being involved in many groups and sites, I rarely hear/see references to them, only to Gleason scores.

A good attempt to simplify/clarify risk levels for new patients, but it does not appear to be widely used.
