voiding difficult periodic bleeding, some mild pain. overall exhaustion, low back pain, neck pain. I'm afraid casodex worked for a spell and completely stopped working and the PC took off. getting a uro scan next week at UAMS. I'm afraid my 9 year run with this disease is not looking good. My Cardio said NAW, my total coronary blockages are what's gonna get me. I got about max in the stent department. Is there any hope after Casodex?? and is it try Lupron is a heart killer?

Orgovyx (Relugolix), a newly available daily oral ADT drug, is supposed to have fewer coronary problems than Lupron. Plus, since it is a daily pill, you can simply stop if you find it affecting your heart. I have a different heart problem and that is what convinced my MO & cardiologist to go w/the Orgovyx. When I first went on I had weekly EKGs for a month and then biweekly EKGs. After 2 months it seemed to be stable and not dangerous for me, but we were prepared to stop it if the EKGs showed a problem.
