What do you mean by "+ focal" ? Was there focal EPE (Extra Prostatic Extension)? If so, you would be pT3a rather than pT2. Do you mean "no positive margins or EPE"? (BTW, the "p" in pT staging stands for pathological, rather than clinical, staging.)

Thank you for the corrections and questions. You perceptions are spot-on. The +focal is described as,
Margins involved by invasive carcinoma limited to <3mm,
location of positive margin is left anterior,
Margin positively in EPE is not identified,
Gleason pattern at positive margin is G4.
The pathological stage is pT2 pN0.
