MeByTheSea,
I am commenting without direct knowledge or experience. Hopefully the Xtandi will lower the PSA. My understanding is that as the PSA goes down the bone lesions tend to shrink, which may alleviate bone pain.
However, from my experience on the Forum, bone pain seems to be associated with a much, much higher PSA. Some PCa cancers do have a low output of PSA though.
I'm just hoping the Xtandi can control your husband's PCa and he can get some relief.
Does the doctor think the Xtandi has a good chance for helping?
