Trimix injection causing bruising

Hi All,
I've been using trimix for 9 years now since my surgery. no issues at all. last night Injected and got a very large bump on the penis, causing some pain. Erection was not as strong as usual.
Now today I have some pain, bruising and dark red spoltches through the top of my penis and the side that I injected into. I am assuming I hit a blood vessel. question is, how long before this clears up? or do I have a bigger problem.
Also have some itchyness on the side I injected
any help would be appreciated

Looks like the bruising could stick around a while.
