Update 10/3/23: Pratoman and I were able to get Mumbo working again on HW with some manual testing and intervention. I thought he just didn't like me and banned my ability to comment. Nope, it is just a messed up system and not sure if he likes me.

Quick Summary - The auto-response system has somehow been disabled so an existing user cannot retrieve account and password information via email nor can a New User receive confirmation of setting up an account via email. Seems simple enough to fix but that is a problem for the new tech support people.

Until the tech support geniuses fix this, please let me know via email if you run into a similar problem and I will try to fix it . My email address is listed in my profile
