Has anyone used this urine analysis test for detecting cancer? It was suggested to me from a health navigator at a prostate educational nonprofit. I will be having this EXODX test this week and wondered if anyone else has used this.
I had a PSA of 18.5 in September and rose to 20.7 a couple of weeks later. I’ve already had an MRI that indicated possible cancer but haven’t had a biopsy yet. I’m anxious to see the results of the EXODX.

LenDen,
According to their website they assume that the psa is between 2 and 10.

Hello, Len and welcome to our forum. Other than the link Stephen provided I know nothing about
this test and don't recall that another member here has had it. What does your urologist say? With an MRI indicator and your fairly high PSA I would think you would want to be proceeding to biopsy soon whatever the urine test says.
Good luck.

The test is not appropriate for you (others have pointed out the reason) and should not have been given to you. Yes, my words are a bit harsher than the others.
I also agree that a biopsy is needed ASAP. The transperineal biopsy technique is the preferable one; I hope you will be able to get that one.
