The Cancer Survivors Network is " ... is a peer support community for cancer patients, survivors, caregivers, families, and friends" (from their website).
It subdivides into discussion boards for most of the major cancers, including PCa.
To reach the one for PCa, click on
https://csn.cancer.org/categories/prostatewhich loads a search box for doing searches on their PCa forum there.
When I was there, just out of curiosity I entered
Healingwell
into the search box that appears on screen and pressed "Search" at right.
That gave me an index display of 68 entries (at least at that time) for posts people had made that included a comment about
the Healingwell website, and actually all were about
our PCa forum here.
I then skimmed through the 68 entries, and found that most of them were making rather favorable and complimentary comments about
our forum here, as to how active and helpful it is.
Some of the comments:
"The healingwell site has a pretty good run down on what you might want to consider and why."
"Check out the Healingwell site as there are many there that will respond to any questions you may have."
"The Healingwell list that majpd gave you is a great one and really covers a lot."
"You may want to try addressing this question to the guys at the Healingwell prostate cancer site."
"I like this forum and healingwell."

"The membership on healingwell is more active than on this forum. I think that both forums have their place but I know you can get some fast answers over their on situation."
"Healingwell ... has a pretty active forum of guys (and their wives sometimes)--helpful bunch."
" ... if you want 'fast' answers you might want to go to healingwell prostate cancer forum on the web."
"I love this site hear but find that healingwell has a larger audience of active men/women."
"I actively participate in and refer folks to the healingwell.com prostate cancer forum."
"Check out Healingwell.com. It’s a great source of support and information."
"Also another excellent forum for support is healingwell.com (prostate cancer section) Between this forum and that one you will get quick answers to your questions that you will be faced with as you start."

"HW is a very active, supportive and knowledgeable site for PCa folks like us."
" ... add to your research list the website at healingwell.com"High praise indeed!
Of course we won't let it go to our heads, but I will say that I have a few times in the past done general searches on the web for PCa discussion forums, accessed and looked at a number of them, and invariably came away with the feeling that our HWPC forum does indeed offer a degree of support and knowledge that is a notch above what those other forums are offering.
Again, we won't let it go to our heads, but these comments from others, speaking outside of our forum (note that!), are making the case that HWPC is indeed a source to consult when it's a matter of getting good prostate information and support.
The Cancer Survivors Network seemed to be the one that had the most to say about
Healingwell PCa, although mention is made on some other cancer forums as well.
So we must be doing something right!
