Is ejaculation possible after radiation treatments?

I was a bit surprised today. After being back on TRT for 90 days and finally achieving "normal" Test levels, plus injections of both PT-141 and TriMix, I/we were able to have complete penetrative intercourse. I did have an orgasm. My wife swears there was some ejaculate. I felt so too. I didn't think this would be possible after 44 radiation treatments (though no kind of surgery, so no removal of the gland).

Treated at age 69 with SBRT. Currently age 77 and sex is still great. Ejaculate significantly reduced; but, orgasm still strong and pleasant. I was not treated with ADT meds and I was encouraged to maintain our normal sexual activity including the time I was receiving radiation. Just a data point of one; but I believe my results are pretty typical for guys selecting RT.

I too had a little burning during urination and ejaculation that started following the third treatment and lasted about two weeks. The radiation team said I should expect this. It was minor and over the counter AZO seemed to help. Had a script for Flowmax; but, the issue was so minor I didn’t get it filled. My treatment (SBRT) was five sessions (W, F, M, W, F). The AZO did cause a temporary change in the color of my urine. Treatment in my case was mostly uneventful with the exception of reduced ejaculate. My ejaculate levels prior to treatment most likely were on the decline simply due to age. I’ve had no bowel or urinary issues as best I can tell.

Generally the answer seems to be yes. In my case sex has always been pretty much the same pre and post treatment but amount of ejaculate considerably reduced.
