Charlie, I am having the same problem with peeing while being stimulated or during sex.  I found a solution for me-a set of penis tension rings, specifically the Encore ImpoAid system.  This system is 4 sized rings, lube, and a cone and adapter applicator for placing the tension ring on the penis.  This system is for those who are fortunate enough to be able to get erections without pumps or injections, but who want or need to keep the blood in the penis for some time.  The tension rings are sized such that you should be able to find one that will keep you from peeing while erect or having sex, by clamping off the urethea and preventing urine from escaping while the ring is in place.  I found the size needed to keep me from peeing is small but is pretty comfortable when in place.  Maximum time to have it on your penis is 30 minutes.  It takes a little  practice and experimenting to make it work good every time, but this may be what you need to allow for sex and keep your wife happy and comfortable with sex with you. Wearing a proper sized one of these is more confortable for me than using the Vacurect washer type rings.  Just 16.17 plus 6.95 or so shipping here:

The tension ring is placed onto the cone, which is fitted into the recess of the sleeve.  The ring is pushed down the cone, onto the plastic sleeve, the sleeve is placed on the erect penis and the tension ring is rolled off the sleeve onto the base of the penis.  The included instructions are clear and precise.  Hope this helps your situation.
