A body can get used to not having anything. For example, I also got lactose intolerance. Anyhow I went without dairy, and then I had some icecream because my kid couldn't finish his lol. I had it worse than ever. I had to let it run through my system whilst I was eating normal. Now seriously it is worth blood work to rule out auto immune diseases and cancer. Insurance or not. You are young, have a full life ahead of you. You do not know what is going on. I am in chemotherapy myself, and I am in ok shape. I am only in my early 30s. If you go to teaching hospitals (which has every doctor and primary doctors too) they usually will work with low monthly payments, sometimes they even write off the price. Green stools can either be things going to quickly OR too much green foods OR autoimmune digestive disorders, depending on how you eat either too much or too little iron. I have green stools, my iron was sooo low I had to be put on iv's of iron. I now am only on iron pills. But seriously as yourself if it is worth taking care of your health. This includes doctors. Maybe you should apply for state insurance...
