Prior to being diagnosed with late stage lyme disease, I thought my only issue was food related. An enterolabs stool test indicated I was producing antibodies to gluten, soy, eggs and dairy. And the genetic test indicated was non-celiac gluten sensitive.
So, I know I need to avoid gluten for good, forever. But I'm wondering if these other food sensitivities will go away...and do I need to retest or should I just go based on my symptoms. I guess it is the hidden inflammation that I don't actually feel that would be of concern to me.
Any thoughts? Thanks!
