Thyroxine free little bit high

My TSH is in normal range but my thyroxine free was little bit elevated. What does this mean? I've been on Synthroid a long time and have not recently was it increased.

It could mean your body adjusted the T4 up a bit due to an infection or other challenge, and it will now fall. Or it could mean that your T4 will continue to gradually increase. Either way, changes will not be sudden. At this point probably I'd be sure to get labs repeated in three months to see which way things are going. If the T4 is going up, you may need a small reduction in your Synthroid.

My TSH was 1.180 Range 0.270-4.200

According to my own personal experience your TSH is a little bit low indicating hyperthyroidism, this means that your dose of synthroid need to be reduced.

Consult with an endo to adjust your dose of Synthroid .
