Help understanding results

Hi , i have been diagnosed hyphothiroidism for nearly 8 years.

I have tried to stop the medication some times, but with no sucsess.
Normally i get really sensitive to cold, and my mental capacity goes away, feel like i have dementia.

For the past year im on 100mcgs of levothyroxin and for some reason i feel the treatment is a bit off.

My last results are the ones following.

TSH - 1.360 (0.550-4.780 mUI/LL)

T3 - 0.83 (0.60-1.81 ng/mL)
1.3 (0.9-2.8 nmol/LL)

T4 free - 1.40 ( 0.89-1.76 ng/dL)
18.1 ( 11.5-22.7 pmol/LL)

I think i did lots of years ago , no values were off at the time , only the TSH.

Since the FT3 is on the low end , should this be a concern , or something to live with ?

Like i said, sadly i feel something was always off or not deep studied . Atm i dont feel any significant Hypo symptomes only dry skin and a bit off concentration problems ( that can be non related). Im 1,79cm at 78- 79kg kinda athletic, blood pressure normal, triglycerides normal , glucose normal.

Even beening in a stressfull life , I eat healthy for most of the time and i go to the gym 3/4 times week.

I dont really know what this low t3 means , and how it is affecting me now and in the future .

Having a replacement Hormone to the end of my days worries me in several ways.

Im open to some opinions and sugestions . Ty for replying MsHippo

Hi again MsHippo very kind of you, i will try the nuts, and then do the test in a month or so .

I have been loosing some weight for no big reason , maybe stress . I know low Kcalories and cortisol can reduce t3 levels . I dont want to think too mutch about it , othewise i will start getting anxiaty , etc etc .

I know it isnt the end of the world, but everyone wants to know and feel like a "normal" person and be at the best they can be.

Btw , im starting some antiflamatory since i have some shoulder issues , maybe we will compreend if it can be an related inflamatory . I start thinking about gluten, dairy and other trash that i wont even want to think .

I have no major health problems atm even i dont feel at my best. Ty for the answer .

Like i said , im open to understanding opinions and sugestions .
