Lots of symptoms with unstable lab results,

I take same dose of synthyroid.

TSH 0.4

TSH 7.4

Happens to me all the time and I am not sure why. My TSH can fluctuate for what seems to be no good reason. I can only think maybe it's b/c mine is Hashimoto's.

I was thinking that unstable TSH could be the result of too little thyroid hormones, T3, T4.

FT3 could be overvalued in some ppl's book. I suffered for years to keep FT3, the compensation value up, sacrificing the TSH/FT4.
