My doc upped my leventhyroid 30mg.
Do I need to allow more time between taking it and eating? More than then 15mg?
How long should I be on this dose before I get another blood test?
Also, do you have the name of a book about a good diet for hypothyroidism?

The time doesn't change. Bloodwork should be every 3-4 months.

There is a book called "Thyroid for Dummies" that has a lot of information about thyroid problems and what to eat.
