Possible hyperparathyroidism after beginning treatment for Hashimoto's?

I am wonder if anyone has had an experience like this. I am a 26 y/o female who began treating my hypothyroidism (caused by Hashimoto's) with Armour thyroid 2gr 1x/day in January 2015. In July of 2015, I had a blood test that showed my calcium was slightly elevated (10.3), and was told it was probably a lab error. Previously, my calcium levels were consistently around 9.4. I forgot about that value until last week when I had another blood test, and again, my calcium was high @ 10.3.

I am set to have my PTH levels checked, but I am wondering if anyone has ever had issues with calcium levels after beginning treatment for hypothyroidism. I know it is only slightly elevated, but I did read that any elevation of calcium levels is never normal, since it is so tightly regulated by the body. I do have many of the symptoms of hyperparathyroidism.
