"Jini Patel Thompson" Any good?

I have bought both of her books, as well as alot of her recommended supplements..The "Listen to your Gut" book definitely helped me understand this disease alot better and some things to help improve it. It switched my way of thinking about treatment from "allopathic" to more "natural." I bought it at my sickest moment and I havent looked back since. No I dont follow it word for word, but there is some good information in there. It is expensive, but it was beneficial for me at the time. I still refer to it from time to time and glad that I bought it. I know that princesa also follows it pretty well too. I think Amazon may sell used books for a little cheaper if you are interested. I dont want to persuade you to buy it b/c people have different severities of the disease and different frames of mind when it comes to acceptable treatments.
