Does anyone have a preference on these - I am having trouble eating and so I was just going to drink a few of these a day. Is one better than the other? Any opinions would be helpful.
Thanks

When I had mono and my throat was so sore that I couldn't eat I drank boost. I really liked the strawberry flavor

I'd recommend a protein shake mix - like bodybuilders use - as a healthier option. Boost and Ensure are both full of sugars and unhealthy fats. Better yet, check out Absorb Plus - an elemental (predigested) shake mix developed specifically for IBDers who need to give their guts a rest.

I like the taste of ensure better. It does help me gain weight when I'm coming out of a flare until I get my appetite back. I like the chocolate. If you're looking to save a few bucks the kroger brand is cheaper and taste the same as ensure.
