quincy:
the seedy things look like the seeds in the strawberry jam, light beige in color. this has been happening less frequently now. thank you for the suggestion of metamucil, i was actually considering that and the probiotics and/or digestive enzymes. I'm not sure what to use though. But I'm finding that eating yogourt with the BL regularis is agreeing with me so i make it a habit of eating at least 2 - (1/2) cup each day, but was wanting to up that. should I be looking for certain digestive enzymes for certain effects, ie. bloating, gas, and i also read somewhere you can sprinkle this on your meals? the health food store also sells yogourt with the probiotics in it, maybe i should get that too? let me know. thanks.
i did ask again at my dec 11.08 dr appt for c-diff and they said they checked twice for it and no c-diff. and I've never tried enemas also, they sound scary and painful, if i recall what the purpose of an enema is? if there seems to be some drip drip of blood after a BM would that be considered a fissure or hemmie?
does anyone find that if they do too much movement especially around the tummy area, ie, like shovelling snow, or lifting a box of files? that it seems to activate more bleeding? just wondered. should i limit my physical daily activities?
thanks.
