Skin Rash?

Just wondering if any of you had any opinions on this... I woke up this morning around 6am to go to the bathroom and noticed my arm itched, and when I looked, I noticed both of my forearms have a weird rash on them, small bumps that are a little red. I don't have allergies nor have I used anything different lately (soap, perfume, etc) so it appears to be completely unprovoked. I'm on Imuran and have been flaring, constantly feeling exhausted and like I'm on the verge of getting sick with something. My last CBC showed elevated white blood cells and platelets and decreased hemoglobin. I go in a week to get another one done to see if things have changed, but most likely I'll be starting Remicade after 1/19. Could this rash have anything to do with the Imuran? I've been on it for three months and they say that's how long it takes to reach effective levels in the blood (which is why my doctor has had me wait this long before trying another treatment).

I would imagine you're getting your routine blood tests done while taking imuran...wouldn't hurt to ask the doc about your rash since there can be a few different skin irritations that can go hand in hand with having IBD due to meds or not.
